YOUNG Minds Development FC from Ilinge in group A and Komani Conquerors FC in group B lead by four points each at the Enoch Mgijima Local Football Association (LFA) play-offs which started on Saturday.
However due to time delays in starting the games, the play offs were extended to Sunday.
The Group A matches were played at Ezibeleni Stadium where Young Minds had a 0-0 draw in the opening game against Soul Buddies FC from Ezibeleni. In their second match they beat Ravens by 3-0.
Ravens FC won by 2-1 against MUBS FC in the opening game and Soul Buddies FC 1-1 on the last game of the day.
As group B Komani Conquerors reached the after a 1-1 draw against Delta Force FC in the opening match. In their second game they won by 2-1 after they faced Fast XI FC.
Young Chiefs lost by 0-2 to Fast XI FC and Delta Force FC finished with a 1-1 draw after meeting with Young Chiefs FC.
