From trains to ostriches to mines – the Queen’s College Junior Grade 7 tour was more than a fun outing. It imparted a wealth of knowledge to young minds while teaching the pupils a new appreciation for the beauty and history of their country, South Africa. Kimberley and Bloemfontein were among the areas visited by the pupils under the guidance of teachers.
All returned safe and sound after a tiring, but worthwhile, experience.
