Police arrested a 34-year-old man following the find of dagga in Jamestown on Tuesday.
Police spokesman Captain Ursula Roelofse said members were busy with patrols in Masakhane township when they noticed a man running away.
They gave chase and searched him and seized 10 parcels of dagga.
