The power outage which has left large sections of Komani, including Mlungisi, the CBD and several suburbs without electricity since Wednesday, is set to continue.
The Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality spokesman Gcobani Msindwana has indicated that the western and Mlungisi sub stations are affected and that electricians are on site and working on the problem.
EMLM has apologised for any inconvenience but no official statement has yet been made on when the power will be restored.
