THE Queenstown veterans ended on a 2-2 draw after playing against Mthata veterans at the Dumpy Adams Sports Complex over the weekend.
The first half was dominated by Mthata which scored both their goals in the first half. The local veterans made their comeback by scoring two goals during the second half.
In the second match Queenstown lost by 4-2 against the King William’s Town (KWT) veterans after the teams were equal 1-1 at half time. The KWT veterans had the final say, however, scoring three goals in the second half.
