Lingelihle win eight medals at national rowing championships

Well done: Lingelihle Senior Secondary School pupil Landwe Tyali is one of the pupils from Lingelihle who received medals at the Rowing South Africa Indoor Rowing National championships that were held in Duran from June 9-10.

Tyali won two medals, a gold plus silver medal. Other pupils won four medals, three silver medals and a bronze medals that were won by a team of eight from the nine pupils selected to the Eastern Cape team.
