The Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality (EMLM) mayor Luleka Gubhula is calling for individuals and businesses who plan on conducting food donations to do so via her office. The mayor said this would minimise duplications since government was already distributing food parcels and hoped this would allow for most indigent people to receive food.
