A full investigation surrounding the alleged gang rape of a 13-year-old girl by three grade 12 pupils at the Maria Louw High School hostel will be conducted by the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) Eastern Cape provincial office following a site inspection at the institution on Monday.
