HARD LINE: The Cathcart Road and Griffiths Street intersection came to a standstill earlier this morning as members of the SAPS stopped taxis who were ferrying commuters, clearly disregarding the nationwide lockdown implemented at midnight on Thursday. In the picture police are seen confronting a taxi driver and instructing him to stop ferrying people. Although not full there was a substantial number of people in the vehicle.
