Date:

The clocks in the Town Hall tower were installed by the townspeople of Komani in commemoration of the completion of the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1897.  The clocks have been ticking ever since in this popular landmark of Komani in Cathcart Road which also serves as the seat of the Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality.
