THE Komani police have confirmed that this morning’s crash on the N6 near the Birch siding was due to a stray cow in the road. 
Police spokeswoman Captain Namhla Mdleleni said a truck had collided with a cow on the road.
No-one was injured.
The accident is believed to have happened shortly after 6.30am.
