THE Komani police are investigating a case of culpable homicide following a crash on the dirt road near Palotti farm during the early hours of Saturday.
Police spokesman Captain Namhla Mdleleni said members of the Botya family had been attending a funeral service in the district when their bakkie overturned.
All three occupants of the vehicle, two men and a woman aged between 45 and 52, died on the scene.
