International Kissing Day was established in 2006 to focus on the kissing that takes places between loved ones and to celebrate the place it holds in our society. According to http://www.getwestlondon.co.uk 5% of people over the age of 45 are locking lips at least 31 times a week.
It’s not just about romantic kisses either – it’s all about just handing out kisses to those you care about.
So how do you celebrate this special day today?
It’s pretty simple… wake up your loved ones with a kiss this morning, and give a friend a quick kiss on the cheek to show how much he or she means to you. If you are a bit reserved, place a chaste kiss on the back of their hand. There are a million ways to deliver a kiss to those you care about – just pucker up every chance you get. Don’t forget to moisturise your lips and those breath mints are essential!
