FOUR people died following a head-on collision between two vehicles on the N6 near Lesseyton over the weekend.
Police spokeswoman Captain Namhla Mdleleni said in a statement today that police were investigating a culpable homicide.
The vehicles collided at about 7pm on Friday with both drivers dying on the scene. Two passengers were also killed. Three passengers were in a critical condition in hospital this week.
