Aloevale residents spent the past weekend without power after experiencing a power failure on Friday. The electricity returned at 5pm after being attended to by technicians on Monday. Enoch Mgijima communications manager Fundile Feketshane said the outage was due to a technical cable problem in the area which he attributed to the broader electricity maintenance challenge facing the local authority.
