The Rep asked the question: The Memorial Gardens in Komani is fast becoming a haven for people wanting to drink and use drugs, according to a recent report in The Rep “Drugs and alcohol in the park” on July 21. What do you think should be done to combat this problem?

Nine out of 22 people who participated in the poll chose the patrol option, while seven felt a security fence should be erected and access monitored at the gates.

Six people felt that free access should be allowed but that signs, prohibiting the use of alcohol and drugs on the premises, should be erected.

Look out for our new online poll next week!
