EZIBELENI resident Xolani Ngxatu is unhappy about litter that is being blown from the Ezibeleni tipsite into the fences of homes situated nearby. Other Komani residents are unhappy about the pollution of the Komani river – and then there’s still the indiscriminate littering and illegal dumping in other parts of the town.
