THE Berlin police have arrested a 58-year-old bus driver, who allegedly drove over a five-year-old child at a primary school today, on charges of drunken driving and culpable homicide.
Police spokesman Captain Nkosikho Mzuku said the child died on the scene.
The man, believed to be the driver of a private school bus, will be appearing in the King William’s Town magistrate’s court soon.
