A 42-year-old Centane man has been taken into custody following the alleged rape of his 13-year-old niece.
Police spokesman Captain Jackson Manatha said the man was arrested on Thursday following the alleged rape in April at Khabazi village near the town.
The suspect will appear before the Centane magistrate’s court tomorrow.
