THE Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality is currently busy upgrading the remainder of Victoria Road next to the Thobi Kula Indoor Sports Centre.
EMLM spokesman Gcobani Msindwana said the stretch of road was expected to be complete by November 17.
He apologised to all road users for the inconvenience as a result of the roadworks.
