MEMBERS of the Aliwal North Stock Theft Unit, Crime Intelligence and visible policing units arrested three suspects and recovered four sheep carcasses valued at over R19 000 on Thursday.
Police spokeswoman Captain Ursula Roelofse said from November 22 to 30, nine sheep had been stolen on a farm in the Burgersdorp district. The suspects were spotted in the veld and the police called in, resulting in the arrests.
