Mexican wave: Warriors Cricket Club are going to play a friendly cricket match on Thursday against the Queen’s College 1st team at the Queen’s College Parry Davies field.
The Warriors will use the match as part of their preparations for the 2nd half of the season of the Quuenstown Cricket league.
The Warriors will play their first league game against Siseko Dalamba who are currently second on the log standing.
However Qyeen’s is expected to have a strong 1st XI this year, Queen’s have not had much time to prepare as schools willb e opening this week, but are certain to hold back nothing when they take to the pitch.
Much will be expected of senior players Nathan Roux and Iviwe Gwana as the Warriors gear up for the league.
