The Chris Hani District Municipality (CHDM) has indicated that water should now be on in most areas.
CHDM spokesman Thobeka Mqamelo said a pipe burst had occurred in the Komani CBD but had since been fixed.
“Pumping in the area has resumed. High lying areas will still experience interruptions when levels are low.”
She said CHDM was also pumping water to Fincham’s Nek which was supplying water to Victoria Park, Komani Park and Queensview Park.
