Why is the refuse not being collected as per the Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality schedule?
Several residents have lodged concerns, with some Whittlesea folk indicating they last had proper refuse removal last year.
We have been forwarding queries to the Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality since last week but have had no response to our queries.
