DID you know that on this day, February 10, 1996, IBM computer Deep Blue became the first computer to win a game of chess against a reigning (human) chess champion, Gary Kasparov?

Kasparov, who is a Russian, is considered to be the greatest chess player of all time and was ranked world number one for 225 out of 228 months from 1986 until he eventually retired in 2005.
