Arrest: South African police service (SAPS) Crime prevention member (CPM) recovered a suspected stolen laptop after a case of theft out of motor vehicle was reported in Komani this week.
Police spokeswoman Captain Namhla Mdleleni said the CPM members conducted patrols around town and the suspect will appear before the Queenstown Magistrate’s court today
