The number of people who have died in a bus crash on the N6 near Sterkstroom on Friday has risen to six.
The bus was en route from East London to Pretoria. Four people died on the scene and 24 people, including a child, were taken to Frontier Hospital.
Police spokesman Captain Namhla Mdleleni said a man who had been transferred to Frere Hospital died on Saturday with a 47-year-old woman succumbing to her injuries at Frontier Hospital yesterday.
Two of the dead, a 27-year-old man and a 7-year-old boy, are believed to be from the same family in Komani.
Three passengers remain in a critical condition.
Police are investigating a case of culpable homicide.
