Ezibeleni Primary Manufacturing Co-operative member Zuko Maroti has indicated that the Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality had fixed a leaking pipe which has been gushing water at the Seating factory for over a year and a half.
The municipality had given a lease agreement to the co-operative to start their furniture workshop at the factory.
