THREE suspects have been taken into custody in Cacadu (formerly Lady Frere) on charges of being in possession of suspected stolen property.
Police spokesman Captain Namhla Mdleleni said the three, aged between 21 and 28, were arrested by members of the Cluster Crime Combatting task team today.
The task team had followed up on information following a recent burglary in the Cumakala village area. Household good including televisions were recovered in Komani.
The three will appear before the Lady Frere Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.
