The Queenstown sheriff auctioned EMLM movable assets today

GOING, GOING, GONE: Various municipal vehicles, most of which are imperative for service deliverywere sold today at an auction to recover millions of rands owed by the Enoch Mgijima Local Municipalityto Milowo Trading Enterprise. Robert Goss of Milowo Trading Enterprise said he and his legal representatives would soon file for municipal buildings to be sold as well. The debt owed to Milowo trading, following the building of a community hall in Sterkstroom in 2012, and accumulated interest, has been set at R58-million. Vehicles that went under the hammer included 18 trucks, various traffic vehicles and a grader. The full story will be in The Rep next week Picture: ANDISA BONANI
