THE Eastern Cape Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism (DEDEAT) in partnership with the Companies and Intellectually Property Commission (CPIC) is undertaking the registration of companies in the Eastern Cape – and Komani is on the list!
As part of implementing the partnership, roadshows will be held across the province.
The Chris Hani district meeting will be held at the Thobi Kula Indoor Sports Centre in Komani on June 5 between 9am and noon.
All business owners have been invited to attend these sessions to get more information on how they can be assisted with their requirements for compliance with the company legislations and regulations.
The department will now provide these services direct through the regional offices as well pro-actively make these services available to communities that are far from their offices through a partnership with municipalities, the department indicated in a press release.
“The visit to outside communities will be demand driven and it is important that a significant number of people that show interest must first be registered for purposes of planning and logistics.”
