Well done: Westbourne and surrounding areas were experiencing a power outage according to earlier reports by Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality spokesperson Gcobani Msindwana.
Msindwana said they were experiencing power outages however their electricians were busy at work on the Westbourne substation trying to resolve the problem.
“The town is back to normal now,” Msindwana said.
