THE founder of Database for Intelligent Women and Children (DIWCO), Zandile Gqomose, has invited local businesses to support the street kids of Komani on Madiba Day at the MacDonalds area on Wednesday.
DIWCO is a registered non-profit organisation based in the Komani CBD.
Gqomose said “We are planning to give the children a healthy meal and to have a conversation with them. We are just asking local businesses to buy something that will put a smile on the faces of their faces.”
She said items could range from clothing to food vouchers and the likes.“Street kids need daily meals, haircuts and blankets – but most of all people’s love.”
