Street lights left on during the day continues to be a problem in Komani. This is common in Cathcart Road and in Ebden Street. High-mast lights also shine during the daytime on occasion in Mlungisi and Ezibeleni. On Tuesday the lights were again on in Mlungisi with records indicating that this has been a long-standing problem in an area where overloading occurs resulting in power cuts.
