Today, September 8, marks International Literacy Day.
The Day was first introduced by Unesco in 1966 and marked for the first time the next year.
It aims to celebrate literacy and to encourage governments, civil society and stakeholders to strive to improve literacy rates in the world. #Literacyday #InternationalLiteracyDay
