The transformer which is expected to restore power to Westbourne, Madeira Park, Kings Park and Robinson Road will be arriving in Komani today, the Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality has indicated.
EMLM spokesman Gcobani Msindwana said all tests had been completed with arrangements made to ensure its transport.
EMLM indicated earlier this week that the power in said area would be restored by today. We will keep you updated.
