Police find stolen vehicles in Cacadu

A task team has recovered four vehicles, believed to have been stolen in the Western Cape, in Cacadu (formerly Lady Frere).

Police spokeswoman Captain Namhla Mdleleni said a pellet gun and nine cellular phones and batteries were also seized.

One suspect was arrested in possession of drugs.

In nearby Thornhill, police visited liquor outlets and seized dangerous weapons.

Cluster commander Major General Funeka Siganga commended work done by the police and appealed to the community to work with the police in fighting crime.
