Buyiswa Ntsere was inaugurated as the new Sakhisizwe Local Municipality mayor at a special council meeting which took place in Cala, yesterday. Ntsere had been serving as the acting mayor of the municipality since last year, following the removal of the former mayor Siyabulela Nxozi .
