According to a statement issued by the company, DCGsa aims to assist over-indebted consumers in finding their way to financial freedom through debt review. With a range of offices in East London, Port Elizabeth, Komani, Umtata and King William’s Town, DCGsa also offers educational sessions to empower their clients. “The staff members of DCGsa take pride in going the extra mile to ensure that not only are South African consumers debt free but also equipped with the knowledge of how to remain debt free. Founder, Casper le Grange, who is involved in the everyday running of DCGsa was among almost 200 other industry leaders at the event.”
The statement indicated that DCGsa was the only debt review firm in the Eastern Cape to be in the top five among many others in its category. Thirty consumers from a debt counselling firm in Durban received their clearance certificates during the event. The customers are said to have successfully paid their debt through debt review. ”These are the 6th annual Debt Review Awards since 2014. We were nominated in the small and medium debt counsellor category. In 2018 we were nominated in the large debt counsellor category and were placed in the top 10. This is our second year in the large debt counsellor category and we are already in the top five. This shows one-on-one consumer interaction is still the best way to help a struggling consumer through the wonderful process of debt review. At DCGsa we believe in assisting an over-indebted consumer from the start of the process until we issue them a form 19 (clearance certificate). Debt counselling is like a relationship – if you do it right from the start with your debt counsellor it will work wonderfully,” said Le Grange.
