Corporative, governance and traditional affairs (Cogta), MEC Xolile Nqatha, handed over a brand new BMW X4 to Western Thembuland King, Siyabonga Dalimvula Matanzima in Bhisho on Thursday.
The vehicle handover forms part of the government’s commitment to capacitate traditional leaders with resources to enable them to deliver services to their communities.
