Queen’s College goes to the Easter break having had a great start to the rugby season.

It was two and two after Queen’s beat Sterling and Pearson High schools, winning by commanding scores of over 20 points in each game.

With schools closing early this week, head coach Pierre Jacobs said the season already took a knock with the holiday program canceled.

“The President’s address has affected our tours to Port Elizabeth where we were going to take part in the Grey High School Festival. The KES Festival in Johannesburg over the Easter Weekend was also canceled,” said Jacobs.

Queen’s was set to face Selborne College on reunion weekend which has since been postponed.
