SA Rugby and Border stop all matches

Following the declaration by president Ramaphosa of a state of national disaster and the directive on Covid-19 at gatherings and social distancing, the South African Rugby Union has issued a statement which was followed by the Border Rugby Union to cancel or postpone all rugby activities with immediate effect until April 14.

Clubs are encouraged to take caution as the safety and health of players is the number one priority. A similar statement was issued by Saru to cancel all BokSmart courses until further notice.
