Emalahleni Local Municipality mayor Nontombizanele Koni handed over personal protective equipment to Glen Grey Hospital health workers on Sunday.
This was after 14 patients from Bankies Village, Emalahleni tested positive for Covid-19 were moved to be quarantined in a Cala b&b which fuelled controversy related to the flouting of supply chain process when selecting it. Read full story in The Rep on Friday.
