Eastern Cape premier, Oscar Mabuyane, addressed taxi commuters and hawkers on the importance of observing Covid-19 safety measures to contain the spread of the virus. The awareness took place at the Komani intermodal tax rank today. The premier was speaking to a crowd of passengers who were waiting for 4pm before taxi’s could transport them to their destinations.
