Khaya Ngodwane, 36, from Tsomo in the Chris Hani district has a BSc Honours degree and his job as a shelf packer at a Checkers store in the Western Cape opened the door to his entry into the Shoprite Group’s data science academy.
He dreams of becoming a data analyst.
