EZIBELENI police have issued a reward of R20000 for anyone who comes forward with information that can lead to the arrest of the suspected killers of an Ezibeleni Zone 1 woman who died in February.
Police spokesman captain Namhla Mdleleni said 52-year-old Nozizwe Congo was found naked outside her house with wounds to her body.
“A case of murder was opened but no arrests have been made. Anyone with information can contact Constable Pamella Duda on 072-712-1392.”
● In an unrelated matter, she said police were called to Maria Louw High School last Friday when teachers suspected drug use by pupils on the school premises.
She said upon investigation, police found dagga hidden in an apple.
In another drug-related incident, Mdleleni said Sterkstroom police arrested four suspects in possession of dagga during their weekend operations.
She said the suspects appeared in court and were released on bail of R200 each.
