S Hammond of Komani writes: I HAVE lived in Prince Alfred Street since 1973 and it is the first time I have ever seen the fire department in this street, checking fire hydrants, and this on a Saturday afternoon. During the past week, I also witnessed a traffic officer issuing tickets to vehicles parked in this street for various offences.
Perhaps there is hope for us yet with these positive moves!
