THREE people, a social worker and two foreign nationals, appeared in the Komani High Court for a formal bail application yesterday.
The three were represented by three separate attorneys in a bail application that took the entire day without a lunch break.
The investigating officer was questioned by the state and the two defence attorneys. A magistrate from out of town is overseeing the case as the complainant in the case involves a well-known local attorney.
