The refurbishment of the water treatment works in the drought-stricken town of Dordrecht has started.
Chris Hani District Municipality spokeswoman Thobeka Mqamelo said this week that the town’s dam levels were currently at 40%.
Residents continue to report interrupted supply and poor water pressure.
