WHAT A MESS: The road to the refuse tip en route to Ezibeleni. Much concern is being raised about the massive pollution on this road and on the back access road off the Cacadu/Dordrecht road to Ezibeleni. Rampant illegal dumping is underway at both sites and it seems to have worsened since the onset of the municipal strike.
